Siting and Permitting
The Division of Clean Energy Siting and Permitting is responsible for regulations that will guide the local siting and consolidated permitting process for small clean energy projects. The Division will provide technical support and assistance to municipalities, project proponents, and other stakeholders. Find your Regional Coordinator here.
